Sorry for this massive comment. I had a lot more to say about his VN than i had expected. To be transparent, i was originally going to give this vn a pass. I am super not a fan of horror/psychological thriller type stuff. It just kinda messes with my mental health a bit too much. I finally ended up caving recently, and i am so happy I did. Every new story beat surprised me and got me more interested.
I started with Lucas' route. I'm honestly not 100% certain why. I think his standoffish personality really drew me in. I don't want to get into too much that could spoil others if they read this, but my god the way you wrote the struggles and interpersonal drama in this route is incredible. Both Lucas and Wallace feel incredibly real, and their interactions are something I'm extremely impressed with. I'm currently in grad school to become a clinical counselor, and I think Wallace would be a great fit for similar. So many of the ways he responded to Lucas feel straight out of the counseling techniques I've learned. It made reading this route all the more enjoyable. I also think I enjoyed the more horror aspects or his route the most. I think it's in the way Lucas responded to everything. I was shocked to come away enjoying those sections.
Next I read Leigh's route. He fits the archetype I'm typically most drawn to in visual novels. I really enjoyed his route. Him and Charlie are such a fun duo, and reading their interactions always made me smile. The trip to the club was so fun, and the interactions between him and Wallace just make me happy. Seeing their growth together was really fun and I can't wait to see what comes next. For the horror bits, I found myself enjoying them a tad less than the other two. I think the decrepit hospital stuff was cool, but the big thriller section after the diary page seemed a bit less impactful than in the other routes. Still really enjoyed it though. I also think what we learn about the story is the most interesting here. Learning more about Mercy and getting some glimpses into Wallace's past really helped me piece a few things together.
Finally I read Oscar's route, and I just finished what is currently public about 5 minutes before writing this. I didn't really think I'd like Oscar at first. Something about the way he's drawn gave me the creeps. I think his smile felt too big, and it kinda triggered my fight or flight reflexes. I got over this quick through the other routes. His personality was fascinating to me, and I got excited for his route. I can relate a lot to him. Sometimes it's easier to push others away and to put up a facade that everything is okay. Breaking down that wall is what sent me on the path to help others through similar scenarios. The way the current chapter of his story ends was done so well. It's another fantastic example that Wallace would be a wonderful counselor. The mix of unconditional positive regard, knowing when to challenge Oscar, and understanding how his own self-disclosure could help Oscar is done so well. This was another one that I think the horror was done really well on. It felt the most confusing, which I think was really good at giving a glimpse into what was going on.
To wrap up this super long post, I just want to thank you for creating this wonderful story. I think it's the perfect mix of thriller and slice of life, as weird as that combo might seem. You know how to write mental health into a story really well. Everything felt so real and raw. I can't say enough how much i enjoyed this story and how excited I am for more. Once again, thank you so much for this wonderful story. Okay, I promise that's it.

I took December off for Christmas, so I haven't charged the patrons for the end of the month that just passed and I'm planning on trying to get this build out this month, however, I do have a camping trip for a good chunk fo this month, so it might be a little shaky.
Loving the character writing so far. Very impressed; characters do not feel like cardboard cliches.
Tangential side-note: I was having a giggle on my recent playthrough, imagining a mod which makes Chad-Buff Oscar the shortest character. Everyone's still fawning over him and his cocksure confidence, but he's slightly taller than the dialogue bar.

I'll fix this in the morning, though I'll likely have to use the patreon version I used before, which will be missing some editing and Selwyn's clothes being added but I'd rather the build be functional.
Sorry, I haven't gotten around to coding that in. It's a pretty low priority sadly and my workload has been pretty large, so I haven't been able to integrate it yet. Hopefully it won't be too long before I can add it.

I did want to point out that the rat starts out as Victor/Vicky in the autoshop but is Vincent/Vinny in the shelter scene. Also, Leigh is currently the person saying "Yeah, he's just being a stick in the mud...", but it should be Charlie.
There's a current bug in Lucas' route that happened when I changed the code that's forcing people into the bad ending. I'll fix it during the next public build release.

I would argue that while Lucas is sensitive, he is emotionally distant from others. He cares but he struggles to empathize with people and sometimes doesn't understand the weight of what he says. He's also a person who is very vulnerable to stress and often lashes out because of it. A big part of Lucas' character is that he doesn't actively seek help. In his route, Wallace is basically forced to be the proactive one in order to push Lucas into a safer environment for him both mentally and emotionally. You're definitely correct on his self-esteem though, he's dealing with some intense self-loathing and often regards himself as below those he deems as good people like Aure and Wallace.
Hmmm. I would agree with what u say no doubt. When. I got to the give space or admit feelings i thought it would be best to admit feelings but i had to know the other answer first. I cried to the bad end. For like 15 to 20 min it was very sad. I originally admitted feelings and was happy with what went forth after i did some really heartwarming moments.
When are you going to post a new update for Leigh on here? Also, when you finish this visual novel, do you think you can make the full version free, at least, for a limited time? In fact, I think doing that with your visual novels will help you promote yourself and your visual novels a lot better, because most people don't do things like that. Nothing malicious, just a suggestion.

It may seems a strange question, but, please, could you tell me how folder with saves in "roaming" named? I lost my normal saves and cannot find the folder in appdata.
Saves are usually stored in C:/Users/<username>/AppData/Roaming/RenPy
AppData is a hidden folder by default. To see it, you need to enable "Hidden Items" under the View tab
If there is no RenPy folder under Roaming, it's possible the folder got deleted. I'd suggest check your Recycling Bin and see if you can restore it. If it isn't there, it's probably gone :(
Thank you, but appdata's roaming renpy folder doesn't contain violet memoire's folder. Other visual novels are here, except this one. And even when i tried to create new saves, folder with memoires didn't show up in this folder.
As for your question about when there will be a new update of Lucas, the author has not yet said anything about it on his Twitter. Logically, there should be Lucas after Lei, because the last announcement was directed at Oscar, but because there are a little more chapters in Lucas's route, he is a little ahead of the rest, at least that was before.. Now I'm not sure, because I don't remember how many chapters in the route of each character came out at the moment, maybe the remaining two boys have already caught up with him, maybe they all became on par, or maybe they overtook him
But if Lucas has more chapters, then I think there will be an Oscar again after Lay, but that's just my guess.
The author has been ill for a couple of weeks, so the release of a new assembly (that is, the Lei assembly) is delayed, postponed until later.
