I really like the game, I'm still semi new to the world of visual novels but this is very different from the other ones I have played, then such a heavy cliff hanger im interested in the next update 👍

I wanna add to the Comments. I think this is the best game start I've seen in a long time. This set the bar so high and i hope it stays up there, i really have high hopes for this one. Literally great writing, amazing character choice. Great CGs (people who played this through know why). This could be the best VN out there if it continues like this. I can't think of anything to add but keep up the work.
I loved the first build of the novel, though I think it's a little bit obvious who the favourite character out of the three are x) Played through all routes and I like the major differences between the characters. I personally like Lucas more than Oscar and Leigh, but all three characters have their own charms, let alone Wallace being adorable in their own right! :)
The only "issue" I guess I have is the pacing seemed to just go out of wack and suddenly in a, I'm guessing, dream state/ dream scene? Like, when you choose to sit down next to someone, then you get up after a text and suddenly need to save someone from being hung? Just seems sudden and a weird change of pace for me. I'm not a writer personally, so maybe my advice isn't the best, but I feel like it'd be better on the reader if it were worded differently, or if it were presented differently. Otherwise, I do like the direction that this novel is going, and it will be one that I keep up to date with! I love romance / horror series like Echo and TSR and I think this has the capability to reach such stardom! <3 I'd love to be apart of the discord and the process of this VN being built upon, giving feedback where needed :)
Personally, I love the 3 of them each one are absolutely charming in his own way (Oscar: sexy and love teasing/ Leight: mysterious, class, calm and really kind/ Lucas: sharp-tongue but really shy with knowledge of his own defaults, with a sweet heart inside) ^^
this is awesome hope to see more I just finished Oscar route but I will do the Possum route Leigh if I remember and I will do Lucas route soon but I will tomorrow I can't wait for other stuff that would be awesome.
Violet Memoir? More like GOLDEN MEMOIR HOLY COW. Seriously have never played a visual novel build for the first time and have been as excited for the next update, ever. I mean, an enticing story revolving around a serial killer and trying to dissect how she lost her marbles, well-written characters that aren't just one dimensional for love interests, a JAW-DROPPING nightmare sequence coupled with a skin-crawling score for maximum tension and dread? I mean geez the only thing that could have been the proverbial cherry on top for that part is if there was a CG of the boy of interest you chose just to help showcase the disfiguration Wallace described. I've already played all 3 routes twice because it's just that good. (Ashleigh is my favorite for his mother hen personality but Oscar is a loveable flirty goof and Lucas is the spicy fox that's never afraid to tell it like it is. Even having a favorite though I would be happy ending up with any of them <3)
If you can stomach the horror I would definitely recommend trying this to anyone. I AM HOOKED.

It's currently undecided. I'll be talking to my patrons after a couple of builds asking for their thoughts on if it should stay sfw or not. If it comes to it, I could just do versions with both.
Absolutely been loving the story so far. My only gripes are that the music abruptly stops sometimes instead of being gradually slowed down (ok for certain parts though) and the loops of it isn't as smooth as I'd like to be. By no means am I an expert on the topic but I just figured I'd give my opinion on that.
All 3 of the guys are endearing in their own way and I always have to really think about what my main route would be. Oscar best boi don't @ me but Lucas is just so adorable. Not as interested in Leigh but I'm sure that if I bothered to get to know him more I'd love him as much as the other two.
If the quality of this keeps up then it'd sure get people talking like some of the other VNs around.
Edit: Forgot to mention that I love that we're playing as Wallace and not as ourselves. We don't need to literally be in the story to be invested. Honestly not throwing shade on other stories that let us do it however
Thanks for the kind words! I'll keep the quality as high as I can. Our releases likely won't be as large as this until we can get a programmer and editor hired on staff, it takes a lot of time to edit and rewrite. So releases from here on out will be 10k until then.
I'm glad you like that Wallace is the protagonist instead of a self-insert. I've always found stories to be stronger with an established protagonist but I understand people's desire to self-insert.
The game so far has been amazing. I love seeing new fur-tastic VN's (i know pun) This is def giving me echo vibes in both theme and quality and I'm excited to see whats next.
The fact that this is tagged horror has me interested and the character designs are great(big fan of the possum) definitely will give it a shot as I'm always intrigued by horror in the furry genre.

For starters, the characterization of the cast is very nice! I didn't expect to take as much of a liking to Lucas as I did and the other members are a delight as well.
The writing while good had some typos I see throughout nothing huge that can't be fixed with a quick patch.
The choice of music also really helped the scenes feel more emotional your composer is definitely doing their job well.
The art is all very nicely done as to be expected from Shuik and everyone is drawn in a unique style that fits their personality.
The setting while a bit "cliche" (though to be honest every setting is) the horror and the story revolving around the diary and the mystery of the events behind it are very intriguing and I'm already crafting theories in my head.
All in all I'll be sure to give it a solid 5 stars when I upvote it. It has enough of a solid ground to to become something great and you're team made a good first impression can't wait to read more.
Also if you're looking for thoughts on the NSFW proposal I've seen mentioned I'd say I certainly wouldn't say no to a option to eventually get frisky with the love interests but even if it never happens the story is solid as is and will be enjoyable with or without spicy content.
Really like the VN so far, but some parts of the story before the first choice are kinda long to read but after that is so much nicer, love the thrilling part with the soundtracks. It's possible if you make two versions SFW and NSFW, some animation with the eyes and a Discord Server for everyone to talk more abt the VN (and easier if you have smth to said to everyone too)

Having that toggle in the options probably would be the best of both worlds. Given what a flirt Oscar is, it would be sad not to actually see some of what is alured to in action. Besides, I think at the end of the day the horror/trauma/psychological thriller elements are way more graphic and disturbing than anything sexual could be.
It is true that this story will already be touching on some rather adult themes but I do think those are more accessible than nsfw scenes. I'd likely do a toggle but we'll see! As for Oscar, lets just say there's a lot more to the eye regarding him and his advances towards Wallace.

I know you are only just skipping to the important stuff, but I feel like day 2 morning before class, even if brief would be nice, as well as something at the restaurant they must have gone to, same goes for day 3, as well as bedtime (though I think that has been ok so far). Its fine if you gloss over/abbreviate some stuff, but don't omit it entirely. Can be used for gathering more of Wallace's thoughts on things.

I can already tell this VN is going to be a banger. The artwork, storytelling, characters, and overall plot of this VN is done so amazingly well. A well done and lengthy introduction to kick off this VN which made this one of my top favorite VNs. Absolutely can't wait for future updates. Keep up the phenomenal work.
A very interesting and intriguing beginning. I hope for an equally good continuation of the story. However, while reading, I noticed that some lines of text appeared twice, or appeared where they should not have been, but this did not spoil the impression of the novel. Interesting characters with their own separate story, which you want to dive into as soon as possible. Of course, I have only passed the beginning of one of the routs so far, but I plan to study everything that is available in the novel at the moment. I would also like to note the high quality of the sprites and individual arts in the novel, which gives an already good story an excellent packaging.
